Important information
- Knowledgeable learners evaluate your requirements and desires, consult with our educators and perform your service with the highest professionalism.
- Hair towels and accessories, professional shampoo, conditioners and styling and makeup products are inclusive of the Academy price and are supplied for model convenience and professionalism by the Colour Cosmetica Academy.
- All models having any service are required to have an allergy test done a minimum 24 hours before the service.
- Allergy tests may be purchased from the reception Monday-Friday for $2.50.
- Colour Cosmetica Academy reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any given time due to unanticipated circumstances e.g. sickness or course cancellation. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We only accept models who are over 18 years old.
- A consultation and valuation will be performed upon arrival.
- You will need to fill out a client consent form prior to your appointment so please ensure you arrive 10 min early.
- Our students are in a learning environment and you may be required to attend for several hours. We kindly ask you to be understanding, patient and tolerant at all times.
- You will be asked to fill out a confidential consultation card for every appointment to assist with students learning.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions when making the booking, should we need to make any special requirements.
- We value your feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we can improve on. Feedback boxes are located at reception.
- Colour Cosmetica Academy is a smoke free zone.
- We are unable to accommodate children in the spa whilst models are having services.
- Prices are subject to change on consultation with industry educator.
